Is there a minimum order?
Most items start at 10 pieces. Put your quantity in the brief and we will confirm what works for each product.
Can every item carry a different name?
Yes. Send your logo once and a spreadsheet of names, titles or years of service, and each piece is printed individually.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. You approve logo placement and a sample of the personalization before the run starts.
How far ahead should I order?
Give us your in-hands date in the brief and we will confirm the order-by date. For holiday gifting, book as early as you can.
Can you ship to each recipient?
Yes. Ship everything to one address, send each kit to its own recipient from your address list, or a mix of both.
Can I mix products and kits in one order?
Yes. Start from a kit, swap items, or build your own mix per recipient group.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, or on your account once it is approved.
Can I get a sample first?
Request our free sample kit to see print quality and materials before you commit.
