DTF transfers are produced in 2 business days. Most other products are produced within 5 business days. Production time is stated on each product page and starts when your files pass preflight.
Rush production is available on prior approval. Contact us before placing the order and we will confirm whether the deadline is achievable and what the rush fee is for your order size.
Shipping is banded by order value and calculated at checkout. The current bands are shown in your cart before you pay.
Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no PrntMstr branding, so you can send work straight to your own customer.
Customers with an established charge account may ask to have orders billed to their account. Contact us to set up charge account terms.
Both are approved trade accounts. IPI Wholesale is for members of the Independent Photo Imagers buying group. Request either account type from the Request Account page.
Because every order is produced to your files, only technical inadequacies in production are considered defects. Errors in the supplied artwork are not. If something is out of spec, tell us within 5 business days of receipt and we will reprint it or refund the original payment card.
